At 12PM on Wednesday April 21, history professor Edward Brudney and history student Sophie Barton will present information on primary sources they have used in their current research. Prof. Brudney will discuss transcriptions of secret meetings between military authorities and labor leaders during Argentina’s most recent military dictatorship (1976-1983) and Sophie will discuss the children’s short story “The Little Prisoner” that was produced in a Union magazine in April 1865, at the end of the Civil War. We hope you can join us to hear about these fascinating sources and the way historians are using them to craft their research!
