Dr. William Kuby, UC Foundation Associate Professor of History, was named an Outstanding Teacher by the University of Tennessee Alumni Association.
The UTAA Outstanding Teacher awards have been presented since 1966 to 510 faculty members selected by their colleagues and students from all UT campuses. Winners receive a one-time gift of $1,000.
Dr. Kuby was one of two UTC professors honored by the UTAA in 2019.
