Status Update – 9:53 pm General system maintenance is expected to be completed by 2:00am. You may see a brief interruption in services until then as servers are restarted.
Status Update – 6:15 pm
- Raven Listserv Management: Listserv owners and moderators will need to be on the UTC campus network or utilize the UTC VPN from off campus to access the listserv management website going forward. This change only impacts access to the website and the moderation approval process for messages. All emails sent to the raven.utc.edu listservs will continue to be delivered.
- Email Security: To help reduce the amount of spam and spoofing emails received in inboxes, we made changes to our message authentication settings for the utc.edu and mocs.utc.edu domains. As a result you may see additional items in your Microsoft Quarantine for review.

The following items have been completed and service restored:
- Maintenance on the UTC blog and webapps servers.
- Upgrades to Bomgar for support.utc.edu.
IT Maintenance Announcement
Information Technology will be performing scheduled maintenance on Friday, July 19 beginning at 5:30 p.m. All maintenance is expected to be complete by 6:00 a.m. the following Saturday, July 20.
What to expect:
An interruption of all IT services, hosted by UTC, is possible during the maintenance window. For status updates, please visit https://www.utc.edu/itstatus.
Affected Services:
- General System Maintenance: All IT services could see an interruption of services as systems are restarted during our routine server maintenance between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
