Issue Resolved: The vendor resolved the authentication issue on the afternoon of September 27.

Issue Reported, September 26: Issues were reported with trying to access to the Edison website used for benefits enrollment via the Edison folder in IRIS. The vendor is working on this and expects to have it fully resolved by the time open enrollment becomes available on October 1st.
