Latest Update (12:04am): Impact to core services have been restored. Due to the impact of this incident, we will enter a period of extended monitoring prior to declaring this issue resolved.

Microsoft Update 7:00pm: Services are expected to be fully back online by 10:00pm EST.

Microsoft Update: Services should be back online for most users. Update from Microsoft is that services are showing significant signs of restoration following our infrastructure optimizations to redistribute traffic and restart affected servers, upwards of 90 percent recovery as they continue to increase processing capability. They are continuing to perform appropriate optimizations on the subset of remaining affected machines to resolve the issue for all users.

November 25, 2024: Microsoft has reported that some users may encounter issues with Outlook and Teams today. This could impact how quickly email is delivered, modifying meetings, or accessing email in general.
