Update from Duo: We have deployed a fix for the gateway timeouts and are now seeing successful authentications. We are currently monitoring for any further issues.

Issue Reported on Monday, February 23 at 9:30am: Users are reporting issues with accessing Microsoft services. Symptoms include a white screen when logging into Office.com or a 503 Gateway error. Duo is also investigating an issue where 504 Gateway timeouts occur when attempting to use Duo for Azure/Entra logins (including Microsoft 365).
Temporary Workaround – try opening the website in Microsoft Edge or going directly to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/ or https://outlook.office.com if you are already signed into O365.
