Notice Sent – March 14: A email with additional information has been distributed to the UTC accounts impacted by this adobe licensing issue.

Issue Resolved – March 11: A number of users across the UT System lost access to the Adobe on Sunday, March 9th. Access has been corrected for the impacted accounts as of Monday afternoon. If you encounter an issue with accessing your adobe account, please try signing out and back in. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your understanding as we work to restore access.

We recommend utilizing your Microsoft OneDrive to host any files that you edit or create with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. Adobe Cloud Storage is not recoverable in in the event an issue occurs with your account.

Status Update at 4:00pm: Access has been restored for most users to Adobe.

Issue Reported – March 10: We are currently receiving reports that some users are experiencing issues signing into Adobe products. This issue is being investigated and we hope that it will be resolved by this afternoon.
