Status Update at 7:30pm: Services have been restored to Boling apartments for the network. October 8, 2025 at 3:50pm: Boling apartments is experiencing a partial network outage in several stacks due water impacting one of the network closets. We are in the process of replacing the equipment but this partial outage may continue into tomorrow.

Issue Reported on July 21: Starting at 3:30pm we have received reports of network outages in some rooms in Hooper & Race. We are working to resolve the issue and expect service to be restored today.
Issue Reported – July 17: We have received reports of errors or timeouts occurring in DASH today. This has been reported to the DASH technical teams and Oracle. In the meantime, a temporary workaround is to clear your browser cache or switch to another browser.
