Browser Issues with Self-Service Registration – RESOLVED

Status Update: As of 9:30am on Monday, November 11 all page loading issues with Registration should be resolved.

We made several changes between 8:15am and 9:30am this morning, Monday, November 11, to resolve issues with the page not loading for some users in Registration or the Information Update action item not working. If you still encounter an issue with accessing Self-Service Banner, specifically Registration or My Profile, please try opening it in another browser or clearing your browser cache and cookies

If that does not resolve the page display issues, please contact the IT Help Desk or MocsOne .
