Issue Resolved – January 30, 2026 at 1:41 PM: We have resolved the audio issue with the HDMI at the podium. The room is back to being fully functional.

Issue Reported – January 29, 2026 at 5:35 PM: We are aware of an issue affecting the audio in FLE 211 when devices are connected to the podium via an HDMI cable. The initial assessment indicates a possible equipment failure. We will need to take the room offline to fully troubleshoot and resolve the issue. The current workaround is to use the podium computer for audio until the issue is resolved.
