Status Update at 1:53pm: We have identified the issue and applied a fix. We will continue to monitor the services but expect it to be fully operational now.

Issues Reported on Saturday, October 25 at 11:30am: The UTC VPN, GlobalProtect, is operational today but you may experience issues accessing it via your internet service provider (ISP). We are looking into what could be impacting connections from certain ISPs. In the meantime, a temporary workaround to try is accessing it using a cellular connection or hotspot.
