Issue Resolved: Microsoft fully resolved the issues impacting services last night. Everything is expected to be operational today.

Impact Scope: UTC has observed intermittent issues with sending and receiving emails via Outlook. You may receive emails several hours after their initial send time during this service disruption.

Status Update at 9:15pm from Microsoft:

Current status: We’re refining our load balancing efforts to optimize performance and reduce potential impact. In parallel, we’re assessing alternative solutions to reinforce recovery and enhance long term stability.

Scope of impact: Any users served through an affected section of service infrastructure in the North America region may be intermittently impacted. This could affect users located in Asia-Pacific, Europe, or Latin America.

Microsoft has reported that users may be seeing intermittent issues with service functionality or be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services. We will post updates once Microsoft confirms the issues impacting the North American region have been resolved.
