Status Update at 8:30am – April 3: The issues affecting Canon printers have been resolved. All devices should now be fully functional.

Status Update at 10:30am – April 2: Canon printers have become unavailable again due to ongoing third-party server issue, and the My Print Center website remains down. For urgent printing needs, please place an order at https://utcgraphicandmailservices.com/ or visit the Mocs Print Center Office at 400 Palmetto Street, Room 208 (Admin Building/Police Building). For any questions, please call 423-425-2214.

Status Update at 1:00pm – April 1: Tap readers on Canon printers are now functioning. The My Print Center website remains unavailable at this time.

Status Update at 8:30am – April 1: The tap readers on Canon printers and the My Print Center website are both down campus wide. We are working diligently to resolve this issue. Please check back here for status updates. If you have any important jobs that need to be printed, please place an order at https://utcgraphicandmailservices.com/ or visit the Mocs Print Center office.

Status Update at 9:05am – March 31: The MocsPrint service is back online and operational. All of the Canon printers should be fully operational by 10:00am.

Issue Reported – March 31: We are currently experiencing an outage with MocsPrint and Canon printers on campus. We are working to address the issue. Please check back here for status updates.
