Maintenance Complete
Maintenance was completed late Friday night and all systems are expected to functioning normally. If you experience any issues, please contact us at https://ithelp.utc.edu.
Status Update 11:54pm: CAS single sign-on services have been restored. General system maintenance is expected to be completed by 3:00am. You may see a brief interruption in services until then as servers are restarted.
Status Update 11:20pm: CAS is temporarily offline for single sign-on.
Status Update 9:00pm: CAS single sign-on upgrade has been completed and services restored.
Status Update 8:16pm: Maintenance on Raven and WordPress has been completed.
Status Update 7:42pm: Maintenance on the UTC website has been completed.
Maintenance Information:
Information Technology will be performing scheduled maintenance on Friday, March 28 beginning at 5:30 p.m. All maintenance is expected to be complete by 6:00 a.m. the following morning, Saturday, March 29.
What to expect:
An interruption of all IT services, hosted by UTC, is possible during the maintenance window.
Affected Services:
- General System Maintenance: All IT services could see an interruption of services as systems are restarted during our routine server maintenance between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. UTC systems required for Friday evening classes will be scheduled for maintenance after 7:30 p.m.
- Raven Listserv Upgrade: The software for the RAVEN.UTC.EDU listservs will be offline at 5:30 p.m. for software upgrades. Services are expected to be fully restored by 7:00 p.m.
- UTC Website: Work on Drupal services for the main public website, www.utc.edu, will begin at 7:30 p.m. During the maintenance, users may experience a brief period of intermittent website outages.
- CAS Single Sign-on Upgrade: The CAS single sign-on service will be offline beginning at 8:00 p.m. for software upgrades. During the maintenance, users may experience brief periods of intermittent issues authenticating to systems. Services are expected to be restored by 9:00 p.m.
