Status Update – 10:37 pm General system maintenance is expected to be completed by 3:00am. You may see a brief interruption in services until then as servers are restarted.
Status Update – 9:11 p.m: Updates to the campus phone system have been completed.
Status Update – 6:06 p.m: Updates to the webapp and blog server has been completed.
Status Update – 5:36 p.m: Updates to the itsupport.utc.edu Bomgar system has been completed.
IT Maintenance Announcement
Information Technology will be performing scheduled maintenance on Friday, October 25 beginning at 5:30 p.m. All maintenance is expected to be complete by 6:00 a.m. the following Saturday, October 26.
What to expect:
An interruption of all IT services, hosted by UTC, is possible during the maintenance window. For status updates, please visit https://www.utc.edu/itstatus.
Affected Services:
- General System Maintenance: All IT services could see an interruption of services as systems are restarted during our routine server maintenance between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
- Campus Phone System Maintenance: Maintenance on the campus phone system will begin at 7:30 p.m. During this maintenance period users may experience brief outages with making calls from or to on campus phones lines. Phone maintenance is expected to be completed by 8:30 p.m.
