Our Microsoft 365 environment will soon see a new feature to help keep your inbox free of clutter by automatically redirecting graymail to a separate “Promotions” folder. Graymail is email from real, legitimate senders that you may have signed up to receive but do not regularly read. Examples include emails from vendors, store promotions, newsletters, and advertisements. 

The new Promotions folder will automatically appear in Outlook once this feature is enabled in late August. For easy access, add the new folder to your Favorites list or drag it closer to the top of your folders list. For more information on this feature and managing your email, visit here.
