UTC Space Reservation System Transition

Launch Update: Our new space reservation management program, 25Live, will go live on Wednesday, Jan. 7. You’ll find a link to 25Live at reservations.utc.edu.

Did you submit a request for 2026 in EMS? Don’t worry. Reservations for 2026 that were submitted in EMS have been transferred over to 25Live.

Announcement:

In January 2026, the university will transition our room reservation software from EMS to 25Live

In order to accommodate this transition, there will be some reservation availability changes in EMS in the coming weeks.

  • After 12:00pm on Tuesday, December 2nd, you will no longer be able to reserve space in EMS for any meetings or events happening after February 28, 2026. Reservations for dates past February 28th, 2026 can be made in the new system once it goes live in January.
  • Sunday, December 14th will be the last date to submit any reservations through the EMS web portal.  If you have any last-minute space needs for December 15-19, you can reach out to the department who manages the space to make a reservation. General inquiries about space reservations can be sent to [email protected].

This EMS reservation shutdown will allow us to move existing 2026 reservations to 25Live. 

The ability to make new reservations for Spring 2026 will resume when 25Live is launched campus-wide on Wednesday, January 7th. 

In the coming weeks, we will provide further information and training resources to support users as we transition to the new system
