National Bike to Work Day

GreenTrips, a program of the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning Agency, is hosting the National Bike to Work Day on Friday May 18th, 2018. The MPH program will join hundreds of community members as we make the most of the new safety enhancements & infrastructure along Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.

  • Free Breakfast: 7:30 -9:00 am in River City Company’s Waterhouse Pavilion.
  • Panel Discussion & live recording of The Camp House Podcast. Join Chattanooga Mayor Andy Berke, Martin Luther King Neighborhood Association Board Member Chris Lykins, & City of Chattanooga Councilmen Anthony Byrd & Erskine Oglesby for a conversation about improved connectivity moderated by the Camp House Podcast host Matt Busby.
  • Free Community qigong thanks to the Center for Mindful Living. Qigong is what tai chi comes from and both are excellent forms of movement for bikers & workers – the perfect way to get ready for the rest of your Bike to Work Day!
