To assist with questions as we start the Fall semester, the Information Technology department will have extended hours during the week of Monday, August 17 – Sunday, August 23. If you need assistance, you can reach us by visiting the IT Solutions Center in Maclellan Gym, emailing [email protected], or calling 423-425-4000.

• Monday, August 17 and Tuesday, August 18
  • Extended hours for support via phone or chat from 8:00am to 6:00pm
  • The IT Solutions Center will be open from 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Wednesday, August 19 and Thursday, August 20
  • The Help Desk and Solutions Center will be open from 8:00am to 7:00pm
  • Esports will be open from 9:30am to 5:00pm
• Friday, August 21
  • Standard hours of operation of 8:00am to 5:00pm for Help Desk, Solutions Center, and Esports
• Saturday, August 22
  • The IT Solutions Center will be open from 11:00am to 5:00pm
• Sunday, August 23
  • The IT Solutions Center will be open from 1:00pm to 5:00pm

Regular hours will resume on Monday, August 24.  During the semester the Help Desk and Solutions Center will be open Monday – Thursday from 8am to 8pm and 8am to 5pm on Friday.
