Issue Resolved – August 18, 2026 at 9:00 am: The UT CAS authentication issue has been resolved, and logins to the affected systems should now be restored.

Status Update at 1:00pm: The UT CAS authentication service is still down. This impacts logging into most UT services such as DASH, Adobe, Zoom, Qualtrics, etc.

Investigating – August 17, 2026 at 10:28 am: We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with UT CAS authentication that is impacting logins to systems like DASH. The UT team is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue. An update will be provided as soon as it is available.
