- ORSP has published the FY25 Annual Report for sponsored programs. Last fiscal year, UTC faculty and staff attracted more than $18.5 million in award dollars – our highest year to-date – representing a 20% increase over FY24. Please join me in congratulating the PIs, project teams, and administrative staff across campus who enabled this incredible achievement.

Sponsored Projects Policy Spotlight: Subawards Sponsored Projects Policy FI0230 lays out the policies and procedures for subaward origination and monitoring. As a reminder, ORSP’s Award Services team is the starting point for developing all subaward contracts to and from other institutions. It is the PI’s responsibility to notify ORSP when they are ready to issue a subaward to a collaborating institution and to monitor the subrecipient’s spending and milestone/deliverable completion after the subaward contract is in place.
