Performance reviews offer a great opportunity to celebrate high performers, address performance issues and align individual and team objectives with the departmental and overall UTC vision and strategy. Performance reviews can also improve employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction by showing them that their work is valued and recognized here at UTC.
As we approach UTC’s Annual Review season, Human Resources looks to support our managers through this as you begin to formally evaluate the strengths and areas of growth of your employees, provide feedback and guidance, and set goals and expectations for the upcoming year.
We are offering a series of virtual (Zoom) sessions leading up to the annual review submission deadline of March 31. These are aimed at supporting managers, answering questions, and providing a community to talk through some of the opportunities and challenges that this part of the UTC Performance Management cycle, performance reviews, can often bring.
