*NEW* One-day Certificate Program: Leading From Where You Are

“You don’t need a title to show some leadership.” – Robin Sharma

Program Objectives:

“Leading from Where You Are” is a certificate program designed for the professional development of all employees regardless of status, classification, or title. The program is the preliminary learning opportunity that anchors the overall leadership development focus of UT System HR Employee and Organizational Development.

Methodology: The book, The Leader Who Had No Title, by Robin Sharma will be provided participants as a key resource for the course. To facilitate learning, a combination of learning modalities will be experienced at the one day in person facilitated session.

Participation in all learning activities is a requirement for successful completion and awarding of the “Leading from Where You Are” certificate.

This is a free one-day program with book, snacks and lunch provided.
