Performance reviews offer a great opportunity to celebrate high performers, address performance issues and align individual and team objectives with the departmental and overall UTC vision and strategy. Performance reviews can also improve employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction by showing them that their work is valued and recognized here at UTC.
