Have a question about the Staff Annual Performance Review process? The Office of Human Resources is sponsoring four drop-in sessions to help you get your questions answered. The first one is Thursday!
Virtually drop-in anytime during one of the sessions scheduled below, and the HR leadership team and members of the Division of Diversity & Engagement will be present to answer questions and share other valuable information regarding performance management best practices and the new Inclusion, Diversity and Engagement key performance element.
Registration is not required, and you do not have to schedule a specific time to join a drop-in. You can join at any time during any of the session dates, and you can come back to additional sessions if you have more questions.
There will be no formal presentation during these sessions. They are set up as “office hours” to answer questions about the annual performance review process at UTC.
