Supervisory Foundations Certificate Program

This is a 4-day certificate program (2 days in January and 2 days in February) for new managers at UTC:

Highlights

• Eight courses offered in four, day-long modules
• Training delivered in consecutive months to create an immersive experience
• A cohort format that enables participants to build a network of peers at UT
• Collaborative learning designed for new supervisors
• Training aligned with distinct learning objectives and competencies

K@TE registration required. ALL FOUR DAYS MUST BE ATTENDED FOR CERTIFICATE.

The dates are:  January 29 and 30 and February 26 and 27.  Each are all day trainings.
