Want to get your required reading for Western Humanities plus thousands of other books for FREE?
Books and other works that are not protected by copyright laws are a part of what is called the public domain. This includes works that are old enough that the copyright has expired (think: Homer, Shakespeare, etc.), or that the creator has designated as being publicly available. Novels, plays, stories, poems, photographs, songs, and other works that are part of the public domain are often available online for free reading and downloading.
