You are cordially invited to an exhibit opening with University of Tennessee at Chattanooga alumnus Dennis Haskins, best known for his role of Mr. Belding on the groundbreaking show Saved by the Bell. Haskins has generously donated his personal working script collection from every episode of the popular Saturday morning sitcom to the University. Selected highlights from these scripts and memorabilia from the actor’s personal Saved by the Bell collection will be on display in the Library’s Andrew C. Roth Grand Reading Room. At the opening we will hear remarks from the celebrated actor followed by an open question and answer session.
The event will take place in the Southern Writers Room located on the 4th floor of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Library on Monday, April 4 at 4:30pm. Light refreshments will be served at 4pm. This event is free and open to the public.
