This fall, Will Glass joined the Lupton Library staff as Evening Research and IT Staff Specialist. A Chattanooga native as well as UTC alum, Will comes to us from Birmingham Southern College where he held the position of evening Circulation Supervisor. Will’s library background also includes experience at the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Bicentennial Library, where he served as a reference assistant in the downtown branch. He is the first person to hold this newly created evening staff specialist position here at Lupton Library and we are very excited to have him on board. If you’re in the library studying in the evening, chances are you’ll find Will at the reference desk helping students with their research and technology needs.
When not at work, Will enjoys cooking, watching movies, gaming and spending time with his family. He is married to Patrice Hobbs Glass and they have 3 children.
