Announcements
- The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) is hosting a virtual Proposer’s Day on March 6, 2024 at 11am to give researchers the opportunity to learn more about the Sprint for Women’s Health. To participate, register here by March 5.
- NSF recently updated its scientific integrity policy, with updated definitions and requirements. Read the policy and browse a list of additional resources related to research integrity within NSF and across other agencies here.
- The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy released an updated list of critical and emerging technologies that “could chart new pathways in American innovation and strengthen the nation’s security.”
Reminders
- The UT System has launched the Grand Challenge Grants program, soliciting proposals for innovative projects poised to impact one of three areas: Strengthening Rural Communities, Overcoming Addiction, and Advancing K-12 Education. The program is open to faculty and staff at all UT campuses. Visit the program webpage to learn more. Applications are due April 30. Register here to be added to the contact list for upcoming virtual information sessions.

DoD Multidisciplinary Research Program of the University Research Initiative (MURI) | White Papers: May 17, 2024 | Solicits white papers for topics specific to each branch: Office of Naval Research, Army Research Office, and Air Force Office of Scientific Research. See the FOA for more details. |
NSF Next Era of Wireless and Spectrum | May 28, 2024 | All named project personnel must hold a full-time paid appointment in a research or teaching position. An individual may participate in at most 2 proposals per competition. |
