Eight New Faculty Expected to Join the College Fall 2017

With the expansion of both undergraduate and graduate programs in the College including the Bachelor of Applied Science and the Master of Science in Automotive Systems, anticipated enrollment growth, expansion of applied research initiatives, and the reality of existing faculty vacancies, searches for eight individuals to join the faculty for Fall 2017 are underway.  The range of expertise and experience desired, is broad and is in concert with both the curricular initiatives underway and the workforce demands of the public and private sectors.  The new hire will meet the needs of the growth of the College in key areas including Energy, Mechatronics, Big Data, and Automotive Systems, as well as needed support for the College’s degree offerings in Chemical Engineering.
