The College of Engineering and Computer Science Spring Career Fair will be held on Wednesday March 7. This bi-annual event provides the opportunity for students to network with employers in the same building in which they attend classes. Located on the third and fourth floors of the EMCS Building, the Career Fair will be preceded by a resume workshop open to all CECS students.
The College’s engineering, computer science, construction management and engineering management students will be able to meet with over thirty local and regional employers to learn about co-op and internship opportunities as well as full-time employment following graduation. CECS alumni are also invited to participate as both employers and potential employees.
Coordinated by CECS Student Success Center Director Julie David, the Career Fair is but one component of the Center’s commitment to our students’ success in the classrooms, laboratories, and beyond the walls of EMCS. In addition to career opportunities, the Center coordinates tutoring, student advisement, a professional development speaker series, and programs promoting community service and leadership development.
It is not too late for public and private sector companies and organizations to participate in the March 7th Career Fair! For more information, contact Ms. David at Julie-David@utc.edu, by phone at (423) 425-5465, and via this link: utc.edu/CECSCareerFair
