Human Resources has created a series of development workshops to assist campus managers in the 3-Phase Performance Management Cycle: Establishing Goals & Expectations, Coaching & Feedback, and The Annual Performance Review.
Supervisors of both faculty and staff members are encouraged to attend. The following date and time options are available.
Registration for these sessions is available on the K@TE learning management system: https://kate.tennessee.edu (or go to the UTC HR web page and use the link in the top ribbon).
To locate the training you must use the search box in the upper right hand corner of the K@TE home screen and type Performance Management before hitting enter. The results screen will display the 3-part Performance Management curriculum available at UTC (it can look like a stack of books). Click on the title of the course you want to attend and the registration page will appear.
Caution: If you click the “request” option on the Performance Management curriculum screen without selecting a specific course title then it will register you for all current offerings – although think of all the learning you would do?!
