Service Description: The IT Security team provides services relating to security awareness, training and education including awareness materials, security presentations, specialized department and role-based education.

Audience: Directors, department heads, and IT security liaisons who need security awareness training for their staff, specialized education or assistance in obtaining awareness materials.
Service Levels: This service is available during normal UTC business hours.
Service Requirements: Requests must be completed by the requesting Director, department head or IT Security Liaison. Once submitted, the system or information owner will then be contacted to discuss next steps.
