On Wednesday, November 1st, a group of Chattanooga professionals were celebrated as they completed the 2017 UTC College of Business Executive Education Leadership Program.
The UTC College of Business Executive Education Center offers area companies a local option for high-quality, powerful leadership learning that provides participants with strategic skills and real-world tools to meet the business challenges of today. The Leadership Program series is delivered in eight sessions over the course of 10 months. The on-campus learning experience offers a menu of leadership programming taught by industry thought leaders and saves area businesses the time and expense normally required for participation in out-of-town programs. The series is designed to equip senior managers as well as emerging leaders with the skills to lead under pressure, guide change, and develop teams and talent.
