On Wednesday, October 24 a ceremony and reception was held on UTC’s campus to celebrate the Class of 2018 and their completion of the Executive Education Leadership Program.
The Executive Education Center in the Gary W. Rollins College of Business offers area companies a local option for high-quality, powerful leadership learning that provides participants with strategic skills and real-world tools to meet the business challenges of today.
The Leadership Program series is delivered in eight sessions throughout 10 months. The on-campus learning experience offers a menu of leadership programming taught by industry thought leaders and saves area businesses the time and expense generally required for participation in out-of-town programs. The series is designed to equip senior managers as well as emerging leaders with the skills to lead under pressure, guide change, and develop teams and talent. Sessions are designed to allow participants to immediately apply what they’ve learned in the classroom to the workplace.
