The MBA degree programs at UTC’s Gary W. Rollins College of Business provide a choice of delivery options, making them a good fit for working adults, full-time students and everyone in between. We offer a number of career-focused educational options for your MBA degree, meaning you get the training you need for long-term business success.
So… What’s the difference?
The MBA curriculum, taught by high-caliber Rollins College of Business faculty, is identical for both programs. Both consists of 36 credit hours (12 courses) and offer three concentrations (business analytics, finance, or healthcare administration) or a general track. There are four admission start dates: Fall, Spring, and Summer (2). Both programs can be pursued as a part-time or full-time student.
Students in the 100% Online MBA program are never required to set foot on campus. All courses are online and can be completed (with weekly and semester deadlines) according to your schedule. All exams, quizzes, discussions, and lectures take place in the online learning platform, Canvas.
In the Flexible MBA, students choose from a variety of online and face-to-face course offerings. Face-to-face courses are held Monday-Thursday in the evenings beginning at 5:30 p.m. EST. Online courses are delivered fully online.
Many free resources are available to you in each program: graduate career coach services and career resources, UTC Library resources, the Disability Resource Center, and Rollins College of Business events. Make your educational move to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Whether it’s 100% online or a flexible combination of in-person and online programming, your MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga is the affordable, effective and accredited next best step you should take for your business career future.
