This year’s event featured strong contenders from institutions including University of Tennessee Knoxville, Vanderbilt, Belmont University, and Southern Adventist University, among others.

Their hard work, sharp analysis and professional presentation set them apart. From financial modeling to articulating investment theses under pressure, their winning performance was nothing short of outstanding.
“I am so proud of the effort and dedication of our student champions,” said Bento Lobo, department head of Finance and Economics. “They showcased finance skills that we emphasize in our program.”
Shout-out to the mentors who guided the team throughout this journey: Faculty mentor, Hunter Holzhauer, and industry mentor, Ray Ryan. Their leadership and commitment to our students continue to make all the difference.
This ninth straight victory is not just a reflection of individual talent, but also of the strength of our academic program, the dedication of our mentors and the collaborative spirit of our students.
