Dell Technologies just joined the John “Art” Phillips Sales Institute as the newest Silver Level Corporate Partner. This is big news for the Phillips Sales Institute and for our students.
Dell’s investment sends a clear signal about the caliber of sales professionals UTC is producing. They believe in what the Gary W. Rollins College of Business is doing to prepare students for the workforce. Partnerships like this fuel scholarships, experiential learning and career pathways for the next generation of sales leaders. Not to mention, their global presence makes a big impact in our corporate partner’s group.
“As a proud UTC alum, this opportunity felt like a great collaboration between two strong sales groups, connecting dots from the classroom to corporate,” said Jennifer Gailey, senior advisor in Dell’s SMB Academy and project manager in Sales Operations. “We’ve seen great things emerge in the first years of the John “Art” Phillips Sales Institute and we’re now eager to get more involved.”
Welcome aboard, Dell. We’re glad you’re here.

Great to see academia and industry forming stronger connections like this. Corporate partnerships between educational institutions and tech companies can really help bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world business needs.
Interesting development overall.
