Since 1996, the Chattanooga Chapter of Executive Women International (EWI) has sustained a scholarship on campus that supports single parents as they return to school.
The Jean Bradford Memorial Scholarship was established in honor of the late EWI member who was administrative aide to Chancellor Frederick W. Obear at the time of her death.
Since its establishment, the Jean Bradford Memorial Scholarship fund has grown to nearly $160,000. Last week, EWI members met with scholarship recipients, UTC staff and Chancellor Steve Angle to honor their ongoing support of the scholarship.
