“Cooking by Degrees,” is the newly published UTC cookbook featuring nearly 1,000 mouth-watering recipes contributed by faculty, staff and alumni. Great ideas for everything from appetizers to desserts are featured.
A great holiday gift or treasure to keep, the cookbook can be purchased for $15, tax included, at the UTC Bookstore.
The cookbook was a special project taken on by the UTC Employee Relations Committee (ERC). Valerah Hodges, Chair of the Employee Relations Committee coordinated the project with a committee of ERC members.
“The proceeds from sales of the cookbook will support the professional development of staff to attend conferences, workshops and obtain study materials,” Hodges said.
