Blue and gold accessories were the height of practical fashion at Chattanooga’s biggest music festival! Thanks to UTC Athletics, University Relations, Disability Resource Center, Alumni Affairs, Admissions and Student Development, Riverbend attendees snapped up UTC goodies to keep their drinks cold with koozies and their body temperatures down with “C” fans.

UTC’s own Bliss Welch, Ms. Wheelchair Tennessee 2013, made a special appearance at the UTC Riverbend table. Welch, who is pursuing the master’s degree in accounting, will compete in the national competition in Houston, Texas on July 15-21.
