Each year, UT alumni, students, faculty and staff from across the state gather at the State Capitol to highlight UT’s statewide impact and thank elected officials for their support of higher education.
“This is a great opportunity for the state’s elected officials to hear firsthand from our students and our leaders about the issues facing higher education,” said Cantrell. “UTC enjoys wonderful relationships with the delegation from our area as well as many other officials from across the state. They appreciate hearing about your commitment to student success and community connection. These are messages that resonate well with them and with their constituents.”

It was so good to see UTC represented in the Legislative Plaza! Visitors in Senator Gardenhire’s office are greatly enjoying the Chattanooga Today publication you shared with us. Thanks for all you do.
It’s nice the hear from Alexa at her internship!
