Testimony provided by retired UTC biology professor Dr. Gene Van Horn assisted in the murder conviction of Adolphus Hollingsworth for the death of his wife, Victoria, in 1997. The case was tried before Criminal Court Judge Rebecca Stern.
Be a part of Elect Her—Campus Women Win
Elect Her–Campus Women Win is the only program in the country that encourages and trains college women to run for student government and future political office. Elect Her is a collaboration between the American Association of University Women (AAUW) and Running Start. New UTC residence hall will be integral piece of Vine Street development
During the summer of 2015, ground will be broken for a new 600-bed residence hall to be built at the corner of Houston and Vine Streets. Its doors will open onto Vine, a street ripe for development from Houston to Georgia Avenue.
