Chancellor Steven Angle delivers his annual State of the University address, Thursday, September 15, 2016, at 12:15 p.m. on UTC’s Chamberlain Field.
Following this there will be a ribbon-cutting to officially reopen Chamberlain Field with birthday cake and refreshments being served.
