This past spring, Dr. James Arnett, Assistant Professor of English, landed in Zimbabwe to start his journey as a Fulbright scholar.
He was awarded the prestigious Fulbright Core Teaching/Research Fellowship, a 10-month grant to teach at National University of Science and Technology in Bulawayo. Arnett will also conduct research on Bulawayo’s literary history, past infrastructure, and current programs for encouraging creative writing and literary production.
