Gendered Helping: Exploring the Causes and Consequences of Stereotype-Restricted Prosocial Behavior
Dr. Alyssa Croft (University of Arizona) will highlight a new theory of gendered helping behavior – addressing the antecedents and consequences, as well as potential ways to interrupt the stereotypical cycle of helping. Data from preliminary studies will also be presented.
The Impact of Negative Emotions on Juror Decisions
Drs. Narina Nunez and Kimberly Schweitzer (University of Wyoming) will discuss their research on how negative emotions such as anger, sadness, and disgust affect mock jurors’ decisions.

Details: Join us as we explore the issue of Internet Neutrality with panelists from across the spectrum of the issue. Together, we will attempt to look at inner workings of the issue concerning how the internet works with or without the protections, the impact to the ISP and consumer, and how it affects e-commerce and the network of ideas.
