UTC’s first value lot is a new, low-cost option for parking on campus. Priced at only $68 for students and $81 for faculty and staff, Lot 45 at Engel Stadium is half the price of the General Parking decal. If you’ve already bought a parking decal, you can easily trade it in for the Value Lot and receive a prorated reimbursement. Simply visit the Bursar’s office to save.
UTC provides a free, reliable shuttle, from Lot 45 to campus that runs Spring and Fall semester every six minutes on days when classes and exams are in session Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. Lot 45 also has a security guard onsite all day.
