“I can’t say it’s been easy. It’s definitely been a challenge. But, you know, I like the challenge,” says Katherine Adorati, a double major in Chemistry and Spanish who is also minoring in Biology.
When she came to UTC, she already had a passion for Chemistry that was influenced by her AP Chemistry teacher in high school. Her next stop is pharmacy school.
Adorati points to the genuine relationships she created with faculty as keys to her success, and part of what made her time at UTC, specifically, worth doing all over again.
“I feel like I’ve had a personal relationship with all of the teachers I’ve had. It’s so easy to just go to their office and find them. And they’re always asking me how I am. I just think they’re so easy to talk to.”
