February 4 Jazz and Poetry Night featuring Rhyme N Chatt and UTC Theater and Performance Society, Multicultural Center, University Center, 8 p.m., free and open to the public
February 5 The Perch Listening Party, Multicultural Center, 12 p.m.-4p.m., free and for campus only
February 7 Super Bowl Party, Multicultural Center, 6 p.m. , free and for campus only
February 8 Men’s Roundtable Topic “Communication: The Missing Link” Multicultural Center, 2 p.m., free and for campus men only
February 8 Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and The UTC Chapter of NAACP present “Blackout: State of Emergency” UC Auditorium 7 p.m., free and open to the public
February 11 ACE Coffee House: “Let’s Play a Love Game,” Multicultural Center, 6 p.m., free and for campus only
February 11 Sex for Chocolates, (this program will focus on campus statistics regarding sexually transmitted diseases. Exercises and games centered around safe sex) sponsored by Zeta Iota Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. Multicultural Center, 8:22 p.m., free and open to the public

February 22 Men’s Roundtable Topic “Honor & Integrity: Who Can Be Trusted?” Multicultural Center, 2 p.m., free and for campus men only
February 22 Celebration of African American Males, contributions to sports and Mocs Pregame Celebration, Multicultural Center, 6 p.m., free and for campus only
February 23 ACE Movie Night “School Daze,” University Center Auditorium, 7 p.m., free and open to the public
February 24 Omega Psi Phi, Fraternity, Inc. and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. present Black History Month Jeopardy, Multicultural Center, 8 p.m., free and open to the public
February 25 Multicultural Center Black History Month Awards Show and Dance, University Center Auditorium, 8:30 p.m. The Dance begins immediately following the Awards program (campus only) Tickets are $5 and must be purchased in advance. All the proceeds from the event will be sent to support Haiti. The party is a semi-formal event, students will walk down the red carpet, and a professional photographer will take pictures. Tickets go on sale Thursday, February 4, 2010 downstairs in the University Center.
Students will be nominating fellow peers for the awards presented during the awards program. The nominations will be collected at the Multicultural Center table downstairs in the University Center starting Wednesday, February 3, through Thursday, February 18.
